UNIKWORK SYSTEMS LLP is committed to making Regain as effective and reliable as possible. We reserve the right to update, improve, or make changes to the App at any time, including the option to charge for certain services. You will always be informed of any charges before they apply.
The App may collect and process personal data you provide in order to deliver its services. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. For your safety, we strongly discourage jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security, expose your device to malware, and interfere with Regain’s proper functionality.
By making in-app purchases, you consent to the sharing of certain purchase-related data with Apple for refund verification purposes, in compliance with Apple’s policies.
Some features of Regain require an active internet connection. This may be Wi-Fi or mobile data, and you are responsible for any costs associated with its use, including roaming charges. UNIKWORK SYSTEMS LLP cannot guarntee full functionality of the App without an active connection.
You are also responsible for ensuring your device remains charged and in working condition. UNIKWORK SYSTEMS LLP will not be liable if the App becomes inaccessible due to device-related issues such as battery depletion.
While we work to keep the App accurate and up to date, we rely on third-party information and cannot guarantee that all content will always be error-free. We accept no liability for losses, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the App’s content or features.
The App is currently available on iOS. System requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using Regain. We do not guarantee that future updates will always be compatible with your device.
We may also, at our discretion, discontinue providing the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:
